NewsCache Bugs and Restrictions

NewsCache 1.1.91 Compiling Error. Method: Article::GetText corrected in update: libintl.h correction by Ulrich Drepper Revision 26.

Restrictions

No UTF-8 support. All NNTP commands can be build in UTF-8 character set. The wildmat routine doesn't match wildmat patterns in UTF-8. The UTF-8 support are described in the "Network News Transport Protocol" draft-ietf-nntpext-base-22 and can be found in the documentation section.
