Changing datasources
This situation cannot be handled by RRD and by NagPerfDiag. If the performance data have a changing count of performance data, for example Windows Drives (check_disk) or CPU data of virtual machines on a Xen host, then NagPerfDiag cannot handle this.
There are future plans to avoid this failure.
No Logdata
The webinterface produce no logging data. This make the analyze process in a failure situation very hard. The Horde project containing a very good logging framework
Configurable Pages
The current performance graphs a very clean and the PDF feature is very nice. But in some cirumstances, the current configuration capabilites a very limited. For example:
- stack the CPU load of all virtual machines in a Xen Cluster in one diagram.
- Plot all Harddisk temperatures in one graphic.
The implementation of all the above features are difficult and will take more steps.
